To celebrate the 60th Anniversary of CUHK Business School, Comms8 was tasked to launch a global media campaign and organise a London lunch gathering as part of the activation. The goal is to generate buzz amongst alumni and photo opportunities to create a sense of belonging.


STRATEGY

OOH Global Launch in Four Cities

We launched the OOH ad in prominent landmarks across major cities in four countries: Toronto, Canada: NYC, the USA; Singapore, and London, the UK.

Overseas Alumni Cheering and filming 

We invited over 120 alumni to participate in the overseas cheering activities and conducted filming works in three cities, engaging content was created to enhance outreach and generate vibrant buzz on social media platforms.

London Lunch Gathering

We meticulously selected the venue for the lunch gathering, planned the rundown, and arranged the setup for the event. The gathering successfully brought together 40 alumni, thereby strengthening the UK alumni network.

RESULT

  • Effectively launched OOH ad in prominent landmarks across major cities in four countries, reaching an estimated total impact of 2 million people.

  • Invited over 120 alumni to participate in the overseas cheering activities, and conducted filming works in three cities, engaging content was created to enhance outreach and generate vibrant buzz on social media platforms.

  • London Lunch Gathering brought together 40 alumni, strengthening the UK alumni network, offering them an enjoyable opportunity to connect with fellow alumni, further deepening their bond.
