ABOUT THE ROLE

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop and edit content for presentations, brochures, blogs, newsletters and social media platforms for both InfluenConnect and Comms8

  • Conduct research and suggest creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

  • Manage online communities, including outreaching, responding to messages and

    engaging with followers.

  • Track and consolidate marketing channel performance reports.

  • Assist with copywriting, visual design, and video/reel editing.

  • Keep PowerPoint decks and company materials up to date.

  • Localise content across different languages as needed.  

Business Support and Project Assistance

  • Conduct desktop research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.

  • Consolidate research findings into reports or summaries to support decision-making.

  • Maintain and update client and contact databases.

  • Support in preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients.

  • Update website content, company directories, client logos, email signatures, and other key assets.

  • Assist in coordinating and delivering project tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Research industry news and events to keep the team informed.  

 

General Support

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as organising files and updating records.

  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and taking notes as needed.

  • Handle basic logistical tasks like scheduling or arranging meetings.

  • Manage printing needs for the team (e.g. business cards, brochures) and coordinate with production houses.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A student or a graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Commitment to a minimum of 6-month full time internship period.

  • Experience in digital marketing., content creation, or influencer marketing, with the ability to independently produce high-quality content would be of advantage.

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, with strong communications skills to efficiently manage local and internal client needs. Proficiency in Chinese would be a plus.

  • Strong interest in Asian and Chinese culture.

  • Skilled in short video editing and visual design, with experience in video editing and creating social media visuals using Canva.

  • Familiar with major advertising tools and platforms in Asia.

  • Interested in influencer marketing, with prior collaboration experience in this field would be an advantage.

  • Capable of independently developing content strategies, executing tasks, and conducting data analysis.

  • Possesses an understanding of digital marketing, staying up to date with the latest

    industry trends.

  • A team player with attention to details, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
